Pinar Calimano

Pinar Calimano, brings over 25 years of experience with her multifaced career journey in hospitality operations, interior design, and design leadership. Her unique background enables her to approach design through a wider lens with a focus on leading design teams to create unique and guest centric experiences. In her current role, she leads interior design discipline for Four Seasons Hotels projects in EMEA region.

Pinar, a graduate of New York School of Interior Design, started her design career in Stonehill & Taylor Architects in New York in 2001. As a design consultant she delivered projects for international hotel operators such as Ritz Carlton, Marriot International, IHG and Hilton across US and UAE. Over the last decade as Director of Design, she led design development of several new build hotels, major renovations, and R&B designs for Abjar Hotels, (a privately owned hospitality investment firm), Hyatt International and InterContinental Hotels Group across MEA.

Prior to her design career, she worked for Hyatt International in hotel operations and holds a degree in Hotel Management
